We will be more than happy to respond to your online requests within 24-48 hours of your submission. 

Please be advised that bookings are guaranteed only when payment is made.  Availability is on a first come-first serve basis!

Please consider our camping rules below:


Campsite Rules

Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. and Check-out time is before 2:00 p.m. Campsite permit holders/leaders must be at least 18 years of age.

The permit holder is responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests. Quiet time around the compound is from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. All electronic devices are to be turned off during quiet hours so as not to disturb the peace.

Please be considerate of fellow campers and the villagers and arrive early (prior to 10:00 p.m.) to set up your campsite. The noise created from setting up is often disturbing to other campers. If this is not possible, please keep noise to a minimum

Campsite Visitors

All visitors to the campground must purchase a day use pass for $25 per person and their vehicles must be parked in the additional vehicle parking areas.

No visitors are allowed to enter the campground or park after 9:00 p.m. unless in case of an emergency. They must notify the office first.

Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 p.m.

Overnight visitors must pay “Overnight Guest” fee per person and/or per vehicle fee. Cost $25

Please advise the staff if you are expecting day visitors.

Youth Group/Group Camping

Reservations

Reservations can only be made by contacting Ms Laura Sealey at the Administration Office and/or via our website www.gracecommuniontt.com

Youth Group camping refers to non-profit, charitable, adult supervised youth groups generally with youth under 18 years of age. Adult supervision (must be 18 or over). Should not be less than 1 adult for each 10-12 youth e.g. Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, Church Youth Groups...etc

Group camping refers to an organized group of families or organized club consisting of adults or adults and children who wish to reserve as a group in the non-serviced campgrounds.

Assigned Camping Space

All camping groups must respect reserved space boundaries. Some areas may be off limits for your groups protection. Camp groups must have male/female security. It is an OUTDOOR facility.

Camp Security is a requirement and there must be 1 security personnel for every 10-12 campers. Security is required to patrol the compound 24/7 and ensure the security of the group, especially at nights. Security must be employed with an arm of the protective services.

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 will be charged to each site.
